COBRA opinion published on the Guardian's Global Professional Development Network

To mark the International Day of the World’s Indigenous Peoples on August 9th, COBRA was invited to contribute an opinion piece for the Guardian’s Global Professional Development Network. The piece, entitled ‘Development and indigenous peoples: creating community-owned solutions’ explores how COBRA facilitators negotiate the boundary between participation and manipulation in community led-development.
